Corpus Learn is operated by Gript Technologies LLC. If you are not satisfied with paid work we delivered, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your invoice date. The prerecorded library is free to access with an account, so nothing there is charged or refundable. Human-led advisory work (screens, custom briefs, retainers) is invoiced directly by Gript Technologies LLC and refunds follow the terms of the applicable statement of work.
How to request a refund
Email us at aurel.iuga@gript.io with your invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Library access
The prerecorded library is free with a Corpus Learn account. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and nothing to cancel.
Bespoke work in progress
For custom screens and briefs, tell us as early as possible. If work has not yet been delivered we refund in full. If a deliverable has been produced and you are not satisfied, we will revise it once at no cost, and you remain eligible for a refund within the 30-day window. A paid screen fee can alternatively be credited toward a full brief.
